Lifeline Counseling is great!

Johnson County Health has good counselors and bad counselors. The problem with them is you don't get to pick whom you're with, they pick for you. But, with that said they do have wonderful classes and programs to help people in need. Please don't forget about children's mercy hospital, they have a behavioral health dept. also. Best of luck to you and your family.

I would suggest Seek First Counseling in Olathe. There is a counselor there that does play therapy for children.

Therapy would definitely be helpful...divorce is hard on kids. As a kid, my parents divorced when I was young and my brothers and I were able to have counseling since the divorce was not amicable. The therapy can help her understand that the divorce is not her fault and help her understand her feelings about everything going on. I've had great experience with Kids TLC in Olathe when one of my daughters needed some help with anxiety.
