Anybody have an example of a "letter of introduction?"

I have had a ton of success with the method you described above. For the "low hanging fr uit" it's really about just getting, then staying, infront of them. https://www.facebook.com/ronmusgraves is right in asking why no property, cause it's almost as easy to find someone's contact info as it is to find any property in your city. By just hitting the pavement and doing unsolicited bids, you essentially can spend the same time you would soliciting pms as you can making the situation more personal and start building a relationship.
