This may not be what you're looking for, but if you have a small amount of time for food prepping for part of one day, you may not need a cook. It's not really rocket science learning proper nutrition. There's just so much fast food and fattening foods in the grocery store that always throws everyone off. If you're looking for nutrition help I would highly recommend joining Tone It Up. It's only $150 and you're signing up for life with that fee. It used to take me two hours from my front door to the front door of my job in downtown Seattle, one way. Daycare best I used was Sandieland Preschool, contact Sandie Sullivan Bollinger.

Tiny Tots University with Katie Johnson is an awesome in home daycare. My son went there for 3 years. I highly reccomend seeing if she has any openings.
