We used Buyer's Edge, specifically Ben. Very satisfied. Most of the realtors these days will set up a customized search on MRIS for you, which will essentially email you listings as they become available. You will go see the ones you are interested, and then modify search criteria as you get a better idea of what you want. Also, the realtors have a lot of connections and suggestions about mortgage agents, lawyers, inspectors, and everything else you will need. our process went very smoothly following Our realtor's suggestions. You are, obviously free to go with anyone you want along the chain.

I used shannonandjeff.com Loved them. They only work in Montgomery County. Jeff deals with buyers and Shannon deals with sellers.

Without a single reservation, I *highly* recommend [the Prigal Brothers](http://www.marylandhomes4 u.com/). They will bend over backwards to find you what you want. My family has used them no less than a half dozen times over the years. Simply, absolutely, positively the best. I swear by them.

Stay away from Toby Victor. Definitely do not recommend.

We used Yoon Stutte. She was awesome and specializes in first time home buyers. If you pm me I can give you her number.

If you're familiar with the area and willing to do your own neighborhood research and house searching on-line, you should check out Redfin. We used them. You do all your own research, they will show you the houses you want to see, help you make offers and negotiate, and then they will help you do all the legal stuff at closing. They refund half their sales commission to you at closing.

We used Debbie Reynolds to help us look for our house twice. Her daughter Sarah helped us when we sold the town house.
