Here are a few I found that I think are in your area: [The Prop Shop](http://www.propshoppartyrentals.com/) [Classic Party Rentals](http://www.classicpartyrentalsva.com/home.aspx) [Rent E-Quip](http://www.rentequip.org/equipment.asp?action=category&category=9999,24,172&group=TABLE%20AND%20CHAIR) [Party Perfect](http://www.partyperfect.com/) Are these the sorts of things your looking for?

You could also try Cort Furniture - http://www.cortevents.com/ They aren't cheap, though. You say you have a small budget, but the non-bland, "elevated" party rentals are going to be really expensive. Rentals in general get crazy expensive very quickly (I'm in the event industry in DC).
