I think the best overall would be Progressive Dental - they have a location in Binghamton and Endwell (and some others). Dr Spera is a super nice guy who really cares for his patients - it's the opposite of Aspen/Lalor who are just in it for the money. He's really good but it's a small town style place with people who care and a nice atmosphere. Dr. Farrell and the rest of the crew at Summit are top notch as well, but I don't think nearly as warm - they're more rigid/clinical (but some people might like that). They really specialize in more complex stuff like cosmetics etc and have multiple doctors, so you may not see the one you want. Dr. Comfort is also really good at Silvestri and Comfort right by BU. He's young and gets how people want to be treated - not super clinical but like a person - he'll explain things really well and stuff. Downside is he doesn't have he experience or team that the others do. I'd stay away from Aspen (national chain), Wilson (targeting low income/govt assistance) as well as Lalor (business over patients) and the smaller one doc shops around.
