Seems like everyone is very happy with their Mortgage Broker. I was with mine as well. Yet it's the real estate people who make the big bucks and I could not recommend mine or any of the other ones I met at open houses or put offers with. (I did not have a buyer broker so they would all make double commis).

Just a heads up, it could be more helpful if you tell us of any considerations you may know of. If there's any that is going to require an alternative mortgage, it could be helpful to know. Some examples would be poor credit, proposals, prior bankruptcy, self employed, etc. I know some brokers who will get you the best rate, etc if everything is straightforward, but don't want to touch anything complicated. So if there's anything special you know of, let me/us know as I would recommend different brokers for different circumstances.
