what about The Jolly Oyster?? Shuck your own oysters on Ventura beach. Also, Lobster Bisque at Cafe Fiore Ventura (and wine, duh.), Beer at Barrelhouse 101 (ditto a few of you), Breakfast at Cafe Nouveau (seafood benedict - HELLO!), oh and olive oil tasting (and buying!) at We Olive, and grab some sea salts from Spice-Topia.
