We stayed at a place called Paradise Resort in Blairsville that was accompanied by a winery it was not bed and breakfast but they were nice quaint little cabins and then you had the winery there to visit. If you want full service I would recommend Brasstown Resort. We travel at least once a month up to that area and stay in multiple different places so have checked out and vetted these.
