Mary Anne, they had to close the boarding because it wasn't financially viable.

You can also try your local vet offices. I've been a Vet Tech for 8 years and have gotten a lot of pet sitting clients through my offices. They're often very experienced and trust worthy and can be a great way to get in-home pet sitters.
