Can anyone recommend a good optometrist in the area and not Dr. Dobrison. Thank you

I Love Louis I Gordon, 770 Old Liberty Rd Ste A, Sykesville, MD 21784 (410) 795-1244
Ellen G. replied:
Crossroads Eye Physicians, Owings Mills. Jason Palik (optometrist) and Drs. Honig and Snyder (ophthalmologists).
Samantha G. replied:
Dr. Davis at Opticare. I get my checkups and order my contacts through them, but I got my glasses at Wal-Mart Optical in Westminster. I only really wear them at night so I needed something cheap. I was pleasantly surprised at the service, cost, and style at Wal-Mart Optical. But I really like Dr. Davis!!
Sue P. replied:
I'm curious why not Dr. Dobrusin too...
Stacey H. replied:
I got to Dr Davis at Opticare and have had great experiences
Jaime M. replied:
I didn't have a problem w/ Dr Dobrusin himself as a dr., the glasses were overpriced and ppl pushy. And after my exam I came down with an eye infection, similar to pink eye, in both eyes, the next day. May have been a coincidence but I've been wearing glasses for over 20 yrs and never had an eye infection. Dankner has an office here in the burg and in Westminster ( was there last wk). I've been to both and like them.

Dr Davis Opticare
Melissa K. replied:
I like Dr Jun, but she is an ophthalmologist not an optometrist...as are some others mentioned here...depends on which you need and what your insurance will cover
Cate B. replied:
I like Opticare- I have a challenging eye history in my family, and Dr. Davis is always very aware of tracking changes in my eyes. He also takes time to explain what he's doing, what I'm being tested for, and has a nice and easy manner.
Kim S. replied:
Lori Pleet-Butler, Total Eye Care, if you need an opthalmologist. I do believe they are all MD's there. I went to them when I had an emergency with my eye. Very nice and very thorough. I don't know about optometrists, though. Good luck...
