I've been looking at http://www.hairretreat.co.uk/index.php close to York, it looks like it is laser not IPL and has a full price list online. Also trans friendly which is a plus :)

Go with Skn, cost a bit more, but the fact they have a dermatological doctor and nurse on site makes up for the difference in cost. Also, just be prepared for the likelyhood it wont remove your beard. What it most likely will do is reduce it, but when you get electrolysis from the NHS, you'll have just reduced their work by a good amount, meaning they can focus on the stuff laser didn't kill. I've just finished my 20+ NHS sessions and my top lip, apart from like 5 stubborn bastards, is totally clear. Now i'm paying for it and hoping to clear what's left on the chin and neck beard.
