What's up guys?! I am wanting to find a good gym where you can pay monthly, no contract in the area...Is there such a thing?
Lauren M. replied:
I attend classes at Jazzercise Alabaster and pay monthly. Our class owner is very flexible and willing to put together packages that suit people's individual needs. If you are interested, you are welcome to attend a free class during the month of July. If you come try one of our classes out and decide that you like it, you can enroll for a year at $37 monthly (with a $35 joining fee), or you can enroll for 6 months at $42 monthly (with a $55 joining fee), however, Jenn Mayo (class owner) is very good about working out a pricing package that will work for you. I would at the very least come by and either try a class, or come speak to Jenn about options. Right now, Jazzercise is offering one month unlimited for $49 with no joining fee. We have had several students who needed to quit or suspend their attendance, and from what I know, Jenn can stop payment at any time. I love our class in Alabaster!
My husband and I are wanting to join a crossfit gym here, in Alabaster. Any recommendations?
Elizabeth A. replied:
Trinity CrossFit is worth the extra 10 minutes you'd drive to Pelham...Amazing coach and a great group of people. There's also a groupon for the first month (only $49 for the on ramp and unlimited classes).
Jerry C. replied:
There are several great Crossfit boxes to choose from in this area. I have close friends that go to Trinity and love it. Coach Mark runs a first rate box. Dawn South and Leigh Hulsey at Crossfit Alabaster run a great box and worked with my daughter to strengthen her legs from where she walked on her tip toes most of her younger years and did a great job. I would say check out both of those for sure when you two start looking. The others are probably good also, I just haven't ever visited them.
Jane G. replied:
Crossfit Sky Soldiers is amazing and really helps you out in the beginning. It's an awesome family atmosphere and the coaches are pretty amazing. Try it! They also have great class times.
