The Academy Preschool at the Family Church They are superior in childcare and child training! Clean, loving, learning atmosphere, with great security for the children. You owe it to your child to check them out. It takes them from 8 weeks to 2 nd grade currently, growing each year!

Kiddie Academy is great. Smaller but very safe and secure. It's off Archer rd.

Kiddie Academy is fantastic! The owners are amazing! They know every child. They work hands on. The teachers are fun and caring and it's as secure as you could ask for!

When it comes to childcare. As mothers what do you all look for in a nanny/sitter? Name your reasonable price? What places would you recommend in Gainesville?
Thanks!

Seems like many people do. One avenue is to email Marcy Davis at UF's College of Education to post an ad in the Wednesday update, the digital newsletter that goes out college-wide through the he COE every week. It's a good way to find education majors to be sitters/nannies. (I previously worked in the COE, and there are a LOT of great students there who would be good caregivers.)

We've found great nannies on care.com. We've also used Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency. Twinkle Toes does all the background checks, taxes, etc.. which is nice, but it's pretty expensive.
