In the United States, the Supremacy Clause is the provision in Article 6 Clause 2 of the United States Constitution that disallows states voiding federal law. It establishes the United States Constitution federal statutes and treaties as "the supreme law of the land". It provides that these are the highest form of law in the United States legal system, and mandates that all state judges must follow federal law and the constitution when a conflict arises between federal law and state law of any state.

The Confrontation Clause of the Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides that "in all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right…to be confronted with the witnesses against him." The camera in and of itself can't testify. You're ticket is therefore not constitutional. Case dismissed.
