You can't go wrong on Restaurant Row (West 46 th Street between Eighth and Ninth Avenues), but if Cheryl is still partial to French food, I love Le Rivage - they have some great pre- and post- theater Prix Fix Menus - http://www.lerivagenyc.com/

Cindy and I like The Havana Cafe and St. Andrew's. Both on w46 between 6&7. Both casual, decent, inexpensive and of course accessible.

I have been to Le RIvage several times. It is nice and moderately priced. They do a very brisk post and pre show trade.

Love the patio at the Tuckahoe Inn for ambiance, The Crab Trap for the food, but extremely hard to get a table there, especially during the summer, any time after 4:30. The Deauville Inn in Strathmere is well known for their outdoor beach and music, during the season, but not great for food & dining. Have a great time! Beautiful@this time of year!
