Citra and Simcoe are proprietary and rhizomes aren't available to the general public. You can get Cascade, Centennial, Nugget, Colombus, and a few others, however, most places are out of stock by now.

Maybe morebeer.com or Yakima valley hops would ship? Whatever varietal you choose, just make sure that it will do well in your local climate. I'm finding that Cascades do fine in a little fog.
