I don't have a recommendation for lawn care but we seeded our front lawn with clover and it choked out most of the weeds in the first year. It stays greener and clover fixes nitrogen, improving soil quality. It doesn't need to be watered either after its established, as it's drought resistant. I was skeptical at first, but it has completely changed our lawn.

Try Optimum Yard Care. There pretty good and decent rates > (587)-985-1295 > http://optimumyardcare.com > They are fairly new so they are always trying to win over new clients :)
