Dr. Mar was awsome
Lori M. replied:
Dr. Neuman in St. Albert is about $2000 cheaper than any of the others and he has done a great job with my son.
Joanne B. replied:
Dr Dimitrov at Mission Hill Dental is soo good! I am well into my 50 s and have Invisaline braces through " Dr D"as we call him. Both our kids had braces with him. His whole team is exceptional!
Chelsey K. replied:
My daughter has been Dr. Russett's patient at Signature Orthodontics for approx. 5 years and I researched A TON before choosing him. You will not be disappointed and they offer very affordable payment plans.
Haley S. replied:
Dr Kurt Popowich in St Albert just beside the original joes is wonderful! Kind and does great work!
Susan T. replied:
Dr. Russet at Signature. AMAZING DR'S AND STAFF!!!
Tracy D. replied:
I would highly recommend Dr. Mar. He took an approach to dealing with my daughter's issues that others (like Dr. Popowich) didn't think of. We ended up with beautiful results that cost us considerably less money and cost my daughter considerably less pain than any other orthodontist we saw. Dr. Mar also teaches at the U of A and is big on innovative new ideas. He and his staff are some of the most caring I have ever experienced.
Marni G. replied:
I have to say Dr Popowich! I had braces as an adult about 6 yrs ago and was so pleased with the results and treatment I received that I have taken my 10 yr old daughter there for treatment as well!
Michelle P. replied:
Oasis Orthodontist is great stay away from Pure orthodontics they are way overpriced, make sure to get a couple quotes it could save you thousands
Cathy D. replied:
Dr. Popowich
Jodi S. replied:
Dr. Popowich
Diane S. replied:
Dr. Popowich. My oldest was referred to Dr. Mar so I decided to also get.my middle child seen as well. He diagnosed both boys.the.same needing the same.treatment which was phase 1 braces then phase two when they are.teens. his assessment and reasoning did not leave me feeling that he was.the right choice. Felt like a doctor out to take your money. So Dr. Popowich came highly recommended for his honesty and expertise. As it turned out my older one did not get recommended for braces until his thumb sucking habit was fixed. And found out my middle boys 6 yr old molars haven't come thru (3 out of 4) and he was 9 yrs old he needed the braces to allow space for them to come thru.
Marnie V. replied:
Has anyone seen Dr. Popowich?
Tari K. replied:
Dr Russet at Signature Orthodontics for sure! All of the staff are amazing!!
Lori G. replied:
I just took my 9 yr old to Dr. Popowich yesterday. It was great! We didn't have to wait, the staff were extremely friendly, and put my son at ease. Dr. Popowich was very gentle in his assessment and very thorough in his explanations. You don't need a referral, just call and make an appt.
Nathalie D. replied:
Dr. Popowich took care of both my kids. Did a fantastic job and the staff there are all fabulous and friendly!
Nickie M. replied:
Dr Russet at Signature Orthadontics is THE most amazing, caring... Forward thinking Orthodontist!! I truly believe he transformed my daughters life by transforming her smile! She has been his patient since age 5(ish) and she is now a confident, smiley 11 year old... Who desperately wants braces again just to keep seeing him!! I honestly can't say enough about him!!!
Meica T. replied:
Andre Nobert has done amazing job both for my sister and brother!: )
Karen P. replied:
My son sees Dr Mar. I've been very impressed with Dr Mar and all of his staff.
Shelly B. replied:
Signature Orthodontics!! Both Dr Russett and DrMcKee are great! I know because I work there!!!
Melonie M. replied:
Dr. Shawn Russett at Signature Orthodontics. He's the best there is.
Candace L. replied:
Dr. Andre Nobert - General Dentist who does a lot of Orthodontics and price is much lower than others mentioned here b/c of that fact and work is 100% quality. That should be your first call.
Sasha K. replied:
Dr. Shawn Russett at Signature Orthodontics absolutely! Great staff who are caring, fun and efficient. Dr Russett is incredibly knowledgeable and will without a doubt give you a beautiful smile. Both my husband and I had our adult ortho done by him and couldn't be happier with the results!
Sonja M. replied:
Dr Knoefel at Oasis on 153 rd ave and 97 st great place and staff, offered payment plans as well!! I love my daughters teeth!
Looking for recommendations for an Orthodontist in Spruce Grove or west edmonton for Ben.
Kyla H. replied:
I worked with a wonderful dentist, who did Invisalign (invisible braces), his name is Jason Pan he works at Harmony Dental. His office is downtown, but he has an office in West Ed of all places too. Great guy and a dentist I would trust. In fact, miss Amielia will be seeing him!
Tracey D. replied:
Oops, I forgot Cheryl cannot reply to someone else's post. She says they've only used him for a consult, but he was great ... called Jasper Place Ortho, by Best Buy ... not sure how much that helps you!
Michelle W. replied:
Signature Orthodontics is awesome
Carolyn K. replied:
Dr Mar...St Albert...happiest orthodontist ever
Angie C. replied:
Dr. Gail Burke by westmount traffic circle, is really nice and on time. We were referred there from Kalen's pediatric dentist.
Lori K. replied:
We use Horizon Ortho in Spruce and he is excellent!
Does anyone know of a great orthodontist? I'm about to buy him/her a Mercedes and probably put one of their kids through university.
Holly A. replied:
Have the consult for Dr Nebbe or Dr Hesse right here in front of me!!
Dana G. replied:
Alesha went to Align Orthodontics. She had a great team behind her smile. Dr. Nebbe works out of the sherwood park and Edmonton locations.
Christine B. replied:
Love Dr. Dietz! Nice, knowledgable, does a full work up for all the kids for free and the kids like him. My father in-law is a pediatric dentist and has heard nothing but good things about him. Plus he has good payment plans so you don't have to break the bank all at once!
Nola S. replied:
Emma has been seen by Dr. Palmer (Palmer Orthodontics). He seemed really nice and was recommended to me. Close by. We will be buying him a Mercedes in about 5 years
Michelle L. replied:
Ha ha! Signature orthodontics. Dr. Russett is amazing, but up in north end.
Jaime G. replied:
Dr. Palmer is pretty stellar. Nice man too, the kids went to school with his kiddos and have had a few friends' kids treated there.
But on a more serious note if you don't want Jesse "The Rusty Plyer" J Man, I went to Dr. Haberstock, Dr. Mergaert and Dr. Puszczak (later sold his practice to his business partner Dr. Diduch) for consultations. I've no doubt that they are all skilled, however I liked Dr. Puszczak and Dr. Diduch's demeanor the most. I think that's what it's mainly about to be honest; whichever you feel most comfortable with. I'd recommend doing the same thing I did: Go for three consultations. You getting braces?
Cris A. replied:
Thanks for the insight Andre. Ya I'm considering lingual braces on the bottom. I have a molar that is shifting, so I thought I'd nip it in the bud early. The linguals offer a more subtle approach, which is a nice option. Not all orthos were working with them when I checked a few years back. Second mention of Dr. Haberstock though. I'll look up your other recommendations as well
So Kierra is being referred to see an orthodontist on the South side of Edmonton because her dentist doesn't know the ortho in Fort Sask and doesn't feel comfortable...
