Used to do the same thing..those were the days when you walked from Ambridge to downtown. I bought my oldest daughters Christning Dress there in late 69. Cut through Goldblatts or Sears to get to Massachusetts & the Post office..Don't forget going into Comay's to get a record..loved the booths they had to listen to it before you bought it.

I saw Ruth Rider in the mid to late 90's at that time she was living in Hammond. Don't know if she is still there. Her married last name is Ferrie(sp?) She married into the family that has the moving co. At the same time I saw Linda Harris who is living down by Indy.

Carol, they are all pretty well. Pat and Bob are both still living! They are in Bloomington. I have seen all the girls fairly recently. Melanie's daughter and family are living near Grand Rapids, as am I, so Melanie and I have spent some time together recently. It's so great to reconnect with old friends!
