Chloe's in my experience was bad. Electric file straight over my cuticle on two occasions by a young lad. Sore for days on end and bled quite a lot. More recently similar situation at K&M electric file slipped and cut underneath of my index finger again blood. Girl very apologetic but needless to say has put me off now all nails removed. Actually made me nervous to get them done again.
