Neighbors, I just discovered that the dry cleaners next to the Inglewood QFC have closed. Does anyone have a recommendation for a dry cleaners nearby who also do...

My moms business has been popular and she's trying to build it from home. She's often cheaper than most and can turn around things next day https://m.facebook.com/Evaseuropeandressmaking/

We took my son's Marine uniform to the cleaners right next door to Plaza Garcia off of Juanita Dr. I think it is Inglewood Fine Dry Cleaners. They did a impeccable job on his uniform. I also sent a friend there for some alterations and she said they did a beautiful job for her too.
Does anyone have a favorite local dry cleaner? Kenmore Cleaners has lost two pairs of dress pants now and one was quite expensive. Need to go somewhere new.

I will NEVER go back to Kenmore Cleaners either. The ower was just plain MEAN!

Ultra Custom Cleaners next door to the "new" Safeway is great! Local family owns and operates. Great customer service. Jin and Steve are amazing people!

Is Kenmore Cleaners the one that shares a parking lot with Rite Aid? If so, they lost one of my blouses the very first time I went there, and they gave me someone else's. I brought them back the one that they gave me that wasn't mine, gave them my phone number, and asked them to call me. They didn't call. I stopped by again, they said they were looking for it. I said, again, please call me and let me know either way. No call. After a few months of them never calling (actually, they did finally call me once), and my continuing to go by in person (they didn't often pick up the phone), I finally got my blouse back. I've been trying to decide if that was a one-off and I should give them another chance, or if they just aren't reliable. If this is the same one, sounds like I have my answer. I plan to try the one close to Hodge-Podge.

My husband took his white dress shirt in this same Kenmore cleaners by Rite Aid and it came back with grease stains on it like something had splattered. It was a brand new shirt and my husband was furious and confronted the owner who told him it must have come in this condition. We changed to the LFP cleaner with the cute little dog, much better results.

LFP Cleaners never lost anything in over 20 years. Say hi to Dave. I moved and don't go there anymore.

My husband had same sort of issues with Kenmore Cleaners-guy was rude and argumentative. He now uses the cleaners at Cedar Plaza and I generally use the one next to Dollar Store. Very reasonable and also do alterations. She also does the Inglemoor HS DECA jackets and band uniforms, I think.
Katie P. replied:
Kenmore Cleaners is way over priced and I am fairly well certain they gave me back an uncleaned dress. But arguing with him seemed pointless. Never going back.

Not really local but in Juanita near the Safeway, they are so gentle and really professional with clothing. The Kenmore cleaners is a joke. Stopped going years ago when our local newspaper had coupons and I brought clothes and gave him the coupon, he would say, not today, use next time. 3 x he did that so bye bye

I will never goto Kenmore Cleaner again. I had just moved here. I was looking for a new dry cleaner. I walked in...waited a minute or two a guy finally walked out...very unfriendly. I explained that I was new in town and asked if there were any specials for new customers or any specials in general. He said no very rudely. I said not even for a new customer? He was very rude. Insisted no and I felt stupid for even asking....

Been going to Kenmore Cleaners for about 8 years...but recently looking to change due to the same reasons mentioned above. Thanks for the thread and tips for a new cleaner!:)

I've been going to Forest Park Cleaners at the LFP mall for 20 years. They always remember my name, even if it's been months, they do a great job and turnaround is quick. Highly recommend.

I go to Uptown and have for 12 years--I am a VERY good customer-high volume---they do not speak very good conversational English but always seem to understand and do good work-I have a lot of silk etc.......never have lost ANYTHING---I had BAD luck at Kenmore and LFP especially LFP they lost several items and did not want to replace them.
Anyone have a dry cleaner in the area that they recommend? Thanks!

I like Bakker's in Juanita as well! As a side note, I must say that if anyone is looking for a dessert for an event, Lindsey Skiffington makes the most AMAZING cookies!
Help: Need a well-priced dry cleaner that does a good job somewhere near Kenmore. Any ideas?

I think it is called Olympic Cleaners - by Teriyaki Madness. Good service and decent prices (besides suits and "fancy blouses" as they call them). Let me know if you ever find a decent price for suits.
