Go talk to Branda Brenda Casavant at Vista. She is the director of the cosmo dept. She will do what she can to make it right. Being a stylist isn't for everyone... bit if u dont say something she will never learn from the mistake. I'm sorry u got a cut ur dissatisfied with, but dont hold it against all stylists in school... we don't all do that badly... and even the most skilled stylist can have a bad day/hair cut. From a currrent student, please say something... even if it's hard to hear, that's the best thing that can come from this situation now is that she gets the education from the mistake. I'd rather jave someone tell me when i haven't accomplished what we discussed in a consultation than to leave me thinking they were happy with the final result any day!

Well in all fairness when you go to a beauty school to get your hair done by student you have these problems too. As they're learning. Just as I had to do many moons ago. We would have elderly women come in on Saturdays because we gave free service so that we have the credit hours. They would come in with five gray hairs on their head and when I walk out looking like Dolly Parton.
