Both Kala Yoga and Discover Your Yoga are lovely studios. Try Gentle Hatha or Yin at Kala. For Discover Your Yoga try Therapeutic Hatha or Kripalu!

Town of Orangeville has drop in Yoga classes. Instructors are wonderful and you can come in at any level. Tony Rose or Alder locations.
