Lyons Roofing. If you haven't called them you should. They put our roof on after Wilma and clean it. Great company. I don't know about the methods and how to compare though.

Sue Rodriguez for what it is worth I would follow a shingle manufactures process for cleaning rather than any local recommendations. Pressure washing at 1200 psi is not advisable it will knock the granules right off.. Here is a link from GAF who is one of the larger shingle manufacturers, note the "WHAT NOT TO DO" .. Brian Fogelson yes Roof A CIde is what they want to use to seal with and I would have to reapply every two years to maintain the roof.
