A quick heads up: >We've got a few homes on zillow we'd like to check out Make sure when you look for homes on zillow that they have an MLS number. Zillow lists a lot of homes that are in pre-foreclosure and aren't actually for sale. When you take a list to whatever realtor you choose, this will make their job way easier.

I work in real estate and have for a dozen years; Rick Berner would be my choice. He's that rare salesman who is genuinely honest, gregarious, and really good at finding people's intersection of want, need, and price. PM me if you'd like contact info, he's an independent (though I'm sure you'll find his info if you look for it).

We worked with Dawn Cummins, she works with remix and did a great job. She was super warm, friendly, and knew what we wanted. http://www.remax.com/realestateagentoffice/portage-mi-49002-dawncummins-id11120862.html

We worked with Jim Hess at Jaqua Realtors - great guy, very helpful and well informed, and he'll definitely help to guide you with what information you can give him (and give you good advice if you have questions!) http://jhess.jaquarealtors.com/getagent/show.php?oid=041500006&chome=1&odoor=

We worked with Michael Carl and had the best experience. [Here is his facebook](https://www.facebook.com/michaelcarlrealtor?ref=br_rs) and [here is his website](http://www.welcome-home.biz/). He helped us through some tough times and had to deal with some pretty tricky/unprofessional listing agents, but he fought for us and worked with us for months to help us find our home.
Looking for a Realtor Like the title says. Looking for a good realtor. One that also doesn’t mind and understands the VA Loan process.

Chris flach 269-993-7089. I bought a house and sold a house with him during the covid craziness. I got 20% more on my sale than ever expected and negotiated a great deal on my purchase with his knowledge. Highly recommend!!!
