DITTO Ernie -----KORDYBAN LODGE is the Best Place to stay they have lots of services (TV room, Activity Room w puzzles, games and pool table, Hair Dresser, etc), Library, for free that you don`t get at any hotel, also includes meals and snacks with your room rate. - the main thing is the support from Staff and everyone staying there, as they are going through very similar health situations. Kordyban lodge is for cancer patients and their families. Meals included in a very reasonable price and the Masonic Cancer Car is based there and will transport them to their appointments. Ramada Jacuzzi suites they are beautiful. I gave my niece the night for her wedding Breakfast in bed the next morning and sparkling wine with fruit and chocolate at night if you desire Beautiful and romantic
Recommendations for hotels/motels in PG? I don't know them as I never stay at them but looking for something reasonable and clean for family members for next summer.

Clean rooms, tons of parking even for trailers, friendly staff, excellent food at the restaurant next door. Hint: ask for a room at the back of the building so you're away from the Hwy noise.

Try PG Motor Court. Super reasonable weekly rates, I lived there for just over a month when I moved back here before buying a place. Bit of a drive but stayed a few times at best western regency in Abbotsford. That is now my fave go to any time in the area. Complimentary breakfast buffet in the morning too. Either get their app or book thru hotels.com

If money is tight definitely call bc residency. Otherwise Park Inn or Holiday Inn on broadway is a 5 minute drive to BCCH & close to a lot of amenities

Ronald McDonald House is right at BCCH, Easter Seals house is a block from hospital or the Cost Inn on Marine Drive, a sjort drive or bus ride to BCCH. Good luck!
