I just logged into easy army today. While it is no longer being maintained and you can no longer unlock books it is still available. Forces of war has the same interface but at a higher cost. I have not used this site yet but it appears to be a good candidate. http://fowlists.blogspot.com/?m=1 I am not sure if the army builder program is still being maintained for flames of war. I moved away from it when I discovered easy army. It was a decent tool. Army builder has a one time fee now instead of requiring annual renewal.
