There's a nice set of neighborhoods a family member just moved from just south of Gandy, north of 83 rd Ave, east side of 4 th Street. Easy access to Gandy bridge and 275, straight shot south to downtown St Pete

Lisa Hamel Revell, this is the house I bought after I got divorced in 2001. Paul and I bought the house we are in now in 2007. It is in Terra Ceia also. I have been renting it out ever since. Renters are a night mere and we always planned on selling it. Last October, a toilet ran and ran (someone did not jiggle the handle) and flooded the entire house! I could not believe it!!! So,consequently, we had to redo just about EVERYTHING!!!! New hardwood floors, new kitchen, new appliances, new doors, new closet doors, all new painting, new carpeting....etc! I want to sell it now while everything is brand new, and also the timing is finally better/right for selling.
