In WI there is a company called Badger Mutual Ins Co. They have really good rates. When I worked for an independent company seven years ago they were one of the providers we used. The big issue of course is the recent claim. Depends on the type of claim, was it Weather or a claim with one of the kids in Day Care. And as you know, how many children in the Day Care has a big effect too. You can try Progressive, they take the claim but might have a small surcharge added. Last option of course is the good old State Plan. Good Luck.
