  Is anyone a lawyer? My friend is in a very messy situation. My concern is she is getting evicted, and hasn't gotten a letter only verbal threats. I am pretty sure she can't be evicted until she receives a letter, and then has thirty days? Is that right? I wanted to see if I can get that written from a lawyer to give to her landlord. Any thoughts???
