Most that I've tried are very light (even when I ask them to be firm) and they all seem to just follow a standard routine instead of focusing on the areas I tell them are sore. I find the massages that help me the most have been the most painful ones. I'm not looking for a relaxing massage. I want one that will help me fix my chronic back pain. Does anyone have a recommendations for an RMT that can inflict some pain on me!?? Thanks!
