Payment Policy
All payments are handled through Paypal. This is for your protection as well as mine, so there are no exceptions to this.
My Paypal account is setup to accept all major credit/debit cards, so you don't have to have a Paypal account.
Payment is due within 24 hours of the invoice being sent to you.
General Information
If you would like to place an order for any item seen on my Facebook page or through my Etsy site “KiwiKissesPP” please Private Message me on my Facebook page. Or, go directly thru Etsy and place your order.
If the item you want is not in my Etsy store, private message me on Facebook. Let me know what you are wanting to buy and I will respond to you.
I will no longer respond to request made directly on a FB posting.
Thank you for honoring this request.
All sales are final --- if items need to be altered, I will be more than happy to accommodate! No refunds are issued.
◾Current turn-around time for most orders is 1-2 weeks from the time payment is received. For some orders, I may add on more time due to the type of project or time involved in making it - please check your listing/invoice for your quoted time frame.
◾I will update this list as I receive and finish orders (as quickly as I can).
◾Your order does not get added to this list until I've received payment.
◾If your name is no longer on the list, it's because your order is finished and/or being shipped.
◾If you don't see your name on this list but you believe it should be, email me immediately at tiffany.n.bow@gmail.com
◾I will add notes to your order if necessary (like if I'm waiting on your yarn to arrive).
◾I strive to finish at least 2 items per day (sometimes more, sometimes less).
◾Keep in mind that if you have a larger item or one that takes much longer to complete, I will do my very best to complete it within the time frame quoted to you. However, other orders may be completed before yours due to the time involved to make your item.
Remember that I'm a one woman... show more operation. I am the creator (pattern writer), crocheter, buyer, salesperson, accountant & shipping department plus Mom and much more. :)
