  Hey John we just had that same problem. Called our furnace guy out and all he did was clean the igniter sensor for a bargain price of $175. He said he felt bad for charging us but showed us how to do it ourselves next time. S&L Service 425-307-1729. His name is Steve. He put our furnace in 2 yrs ago. Good luck!
