Please mention my name. For some reason landlords often try to get the cheapest but the cheapest is often rubbish service. Traders mostly understand that a bit more money often gets you a lot more service. Buys a lot of time because you get good service. A bit more money is often better value. I come up against this again and again in the trader vs landlord dichotomy. I'm a trader by inclination so I tend to be generous. I know sometimes I pay more than I need. I'm OK with that. It makes my life easier and it makes other people happy to do business with me.

They have always been professional, reasonable and never let me down. I'm a carpenter by trade, I w on't be the cheapest but IMHO you get what you pay for. I've been having problems with decorators recently so I'm training someone up and doing some of it myself. I'd appreciate a lead for a good decorator myself!
