About us
Cindy Strydom Clinical Psychologists offers psychotherapy for individuals of all ages with a variety of psychological needs and concerns. Our team consists of two HPCSA registered clinical psychologists, Cindy Strydom and Bronwyn Wood. They believe that each individual possesses immense capacity to overcome life’s difficulties and foster personal growth, and share a passion for guiding individuals through the therapeutic process. Cindy and Bronwyn work with a wide variety of difficulties that impact negatively on psychological well-being. They work holistically in conjunction with other health care professionals to ensure that each client receives the best possible treatment. Approaching each client as a unique case they acknowledge that no two people are the same and therefore no “one size fits all” approach to therapy exists.
Therapeutic services are available for a wide variety of difficulties ranging from everyday/social problems to a broad spectrum of clinical or mental health disorders. Therapy is available in both English and Afrikaans, to best accommodate the clients language during sessions. Alternatively therapy via Skype can be arranged.
