The first time we used the shower we found the drain elevated and crooked and water puddled up. He refused to fix it properly but wanted to raise the level by sealing around the drain with caulk. Eventually we found a crack in the pan (with grout sealed in it so it was a crack he made), and the drain separated from the pan because he didn’t fill and level the cement underneath. There was no glue attaching the drain and the drain flange and pan, only caulk and putty holding it together, and water was leaking onto the cement under the pan. Within 4 weeks we were forced to hire a new contractor to redo his awful work. He stopped replying to my texts, calls, and messages, and even censored/removed my reviews/comments on Facebook before blocking me. However, he is STILL falsely advertising a successful job on Facebook (May 2, 2019) with before pictures of my shower, exaggerating the numbers and how much I was quoted elsewhere and how much $ he “saved” me. He won’t remove the ad but he removed my comments! A side note in the photos he used, he didn’t even do the demo, by appears to be taking credit for it! We paid a different company to do that so he has zero right and a whole lot of nerve to be using those photos and advertising a job well done. I have EVERYTHING documented with photos, videos, text messages, and calendar dates, including written documentation from a master plumber who explained how Zach did the job wrong. We paid him $3200 for the job, which was a complete rip off. He stretched it out for 8 days, tiling etc. even after day one when he knew that he installed the drain wrong (his texts after the fact even explained his concern about that. However he never owned up to his mistakes and he refused to honor his craftsmanship warranty, saying it was flaws in materials. He wanted us to pay him more money for an experimental epoxy repair. Nope! I would never allow this man to set foot in my home again! He is not a licensed anything and his self proclaimed best in the business bragging should be a red flag to anyone who is concerned about a job done right. Yes, a licensed plumber will charge more than Zach, but they’re also insured and will fix their mistakes on their dime and their time, unlike Zach’s Hollis who likes to run rather than own up with integrity.

  Free estimates Natalie Lane, (214)906-4477, hey thanks guys, was a insurance water restoration, we upgraded the engineered wood flooring for pennies on the dollar, & underlayment upgrade (so its better to walk on, & better for sound) for FREE, found a warehouse in Dallas,,, & since I'm the only remodeler who does not charge for materials, that can definitely add up $$$, thanks guys really means a lot.
