I would like to purchase liability coverage in case anyone gets hurt on it. The house is in crappy shape. All the carriers and brokers I've spoke with say they have to provide both property and liability. Does anyone know a way to get liability coverage only? Thanks!

I've checked with 3 different brokers that I do business with as well as an agent from [geico.com](https://geico.com). It sounds like I'm just out of luck on this and will have to purchase a full policy. The property is held in an LLC (I am the sole member), and eventually will be using it for family and friends as well as renting on Airbnb/VRBO. Thank you very much to everyone for your help!
