Your trainer must be knowledgeable when it comes to pregnancy and exercise, as certain exercises and approaches to exercise should not be undertaken due to heightened risks of complications. Please understand that clearance from your GP to exercise is essential. We can definitely help you when it comes to Boot Camp classes. I’ve spent the last 8 weeks on a zero sugar low carb/clean eating/restrictive calories mixed with cardio 5/6 days a week and lost zero kg’s. I have pcos so very hard to loose weight (and about 15kg to loose). I have a toddler and a home gym set up so someone who can come to me would be ideal. I’m also still breastfeeding so can’t take a lot of supplements/weight loss products. Does anyone have any great recommendations? thanks!
