  The official Building Permit has been issued. Yea! Kelli and I are stoked. We are having a pre-bid meeting this wed with the general contractor and hope to begin the build out after. If anyone knows of a cement contractor that can also stain floors let me know, we are in need of a good contractor in this area. Thanks for being patient with us.

  My brother in law does. He does all that general contracting, stained concrete and other stuff like outdoor kitchens. He does a great job!
