  Jarod, After calling all around town, I had Emeral Heating, 11605 E Trent Ave Spokane Valley, WA 99206 (509) 928-3532 out yesterday (11/27). They were the most affordable, fair and did an excellent job. Tom is the owner. The next best referral was R & R. Thanks
