Run by a Le Cordon Bleu (London) graduate, Bliss Bakery offers premium quality cakes, cupcakes, tarts, cookies and breads, using authentic French recipes. The focus of our chefs is to deliver a product which is low on sugar, trans-fat free and made without the use of preservatives and other unpleasant chemicals, without compromising on the taste and texture.
