  Troy L. wrote: Not really impressed. Called for service on an outdoor hydrant that was leaking. First day said they would call later in the day. No call. So I called them next day and they did come over to see the job and repair needed. Was told that they would call or text me an estimate. Never heard another thing from them. At least they could have told me they didn't want the work and I could have got someone else out right away. Like I said, NOT IMPRESSED

  April F. wrote: Roy Hurtado took money for a plumbing job, left the job half way through and left me without water or a water heater. He never pulled a permit. He demanded half the payment up front. I gave him my money trusting him and I even asked him if he had a permit. He lied and said he did. When he found out the water heater he purchased didn't work for what I needed, he just stopped and left the house. He had already removed my old water heater. Left my house with no water. No working water heater. And took my money. Said he'd come back and install the right water heater and credit my money toward the new water heater. Never came back. I had to call him. When I asked him for a bid on the new water heater he said "call my attorney." This guy should be in jail.
