Due to the nature of custom items I require at least half down for any order over 100. Full payment is required for orders less than 100 up front before items are made. My turn around time is no longer than two weeks depending on the order. If payment is made in full I guarantee half back if you are unpleased with the item. If you pay in small segments I do not offer a full refund. I guarantee this up to 90 days from transaction.
