  Call adrijana miksa 718-366-8608 she is located at 68-13 myrtle ave I don't know if she works with DC-37 but it doesn't hurt to ask. She is the only dentist my mother trusts and as a kid I LOVED going to her. I'm actually looking for insurances that take her just so I can go back! I've been to various different dentists and she is by far the best I've ever been to! Her bed side manor is top notch!
