  Anxiety/ trauma counsellor suggestions I feel a little weird posting about this but I don’t know where else to get suggestions and opinions about this. Backstory: I’ve always struggled with anxiety and depression. In October, I was sexually assaulted. I’ve been really struggling since then. I need to talk to a counsellor and I don’t know where to go in Ottawa.
