  Hi there, my husband is on a sabbatical November through to January and we will be in Cape Town during this time. He is looking at doing a cooking course. Most of the courses he has found is either for domestic workers or professional chefs. He is looking for something mid-range, for people who know the basics, are keen cooks that want to learn more. Do any of you have any recommendations for what he is looking for. Thanks in advance.
