(I would have it too, except I'm on Medicare, so I just need a low cost emergency plan.) Even more, I recommend you work through Good Neighbor International Insurance Advisors http://www.gninsurance.com/ . They represent IMG, but also other excellent companies. They will objectively, expertly, and nicely help you choose exactly what you need (at no cost to you, since they receive commissions from the companies they represent.) I have no connection to either IMG or Good Neighbor except being a very pleased and happy customer.

We're outdoor enthusiasts, hiking, biking, camping , fishing and such so we won't be sitting on a beach being catered to. Not stupid to realize accidents do happen and while we're coming with a well stocked first aid kit, considering travel health insurance, recommendations???
