  I was just wondering if any of you know of a pain management Dr or disability Dr preferably in the east valley of the Phoenix, AZ area. My Dr broke my heart today and told me she is moving to Utah. I am currently filing for disability and this could really cause a problem with my case. Any help y'all could give me would be appreciated.
