  Stina C. wrote: Richard “Anthony” Genest II will steal your money and threaten you with violence. This is his MO (I’m assuming the nose candy contributes to the violence). A majority of the other victims I spoke to are females or the elderly. He is NOT insured, will not pull a permit, and he does shoddy work. Stay away from this guy!!!!
